- Delivery Times: Deliveries are available Monday through Friday, with same-day delivery for orders placed before 11AM. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next business day.
- Special Occasions: For high-demand holidays like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, we recommend placing your order well in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Substitution Policy:
- Flower Availability: While we make every effort to fulfill your order exactly as pictured and described, flowers are a natural product and subject to seasonal and market availability. If a specific flower is unavailable, we will substitute with blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall look and feel of your arrangement.
