Delivery Details- Local Delivery: One of our team members will deliver directly to the recipient to ensure a smooth and personal experience. Please ensure someone is available to receive the flowers at the designated delivery time. If the recipient does not answer, we will leave the flowers on the porch or arrange another delivery time at an additional charge. Our floral arrangements are delivered locally to ensure your order arrives fresh, beautiful, and ready to enjoy.
- Delivery Area: We offer delivery throughout Decatur and surrounding areas. If you are unsure whether your delivery address is within our service area, please contact us before placing your order.
- Delivery Mileage: Please select the correct delivery mileage at checkout. If an incorrect mileage option is selected, we will contact you to collect the difference in the delivery fee before your order is delivered.
- Same-Day Delivery: Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 11:00 AM, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered on the next available business day. Please call us to ensure your order will be delivered same day. There are no guarantees for same day delivery if not approved by team member.
- Holiday Deliveries: During high-demand holidays, including Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, delivery availability may be limited. We strongly recommend placing your order in advance to help ensure your preferred delivery date.
- Delivery Information: Please provide the recipient’s complete name, delivery address, and phone number. Accurate and complete information helps us ensure your order arrives promptly. We are not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Floral Substitution Policy
Deluxe arrangements will be designed as shown whenever possible. Because flowers are a natural, seasonal product, availability can vary based on the season and current market conditions.- Flower Substitutions: If a specific flower is unavailable, we may substitute it with another bloom of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and appearance of the arrangement.
- Color & Style: If a specific color, flower, or design element is unavailable, we will make every effort to select a suitable replacement that closely matches the original arrangement.
- Vase Substitutions: Vases and containers are subject to availability and may be substituted with a similar vase of equal or greater value when necessary.
Delivery & Recipient Information
We make every effort to deliver each arrangement directly to the recipient. Please ensure the recipient is available to receive the flowers whenever possible.
If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery driver may leave the arrangement in a safe location, such as a covered porch or entryway, when appropriate. If the arrangement cannot be safely left, we may contact the recipient or arrange an alternate delivery time. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.Weather & Delivery Delays
The safety of our delivery team and the quality of your flowers are our top priorities. In the event of extreme weather or unsafe driving conditions, deliveries may be delayed until conditions improve. We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure your flowers arrive safely and beautifully.
Delivery, Pets & Gates
For the safety of our delivery team, please make sure all dogs and other pets are secured at the time of delivery. If a pet is loose or our driver does not feel it is safe to approach the home, we will contact the recipient or purchaser before attempting delivery.
If the property has a locked or gated entrance, please provide a gate code or any special access instructions when placing your order. If we are unable to safely access the property, a second delivery attempt may be required and an additional delivery fee may apply.
