• Service Areas: We deliver within Decatur and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether your location is within our delivery zone, feel free to contact us.
• Delivery Times: Deliveries are available Monday through Friday, with same-day delivery for orders placed before 11AM. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next business day.
• Special Occasions: For high-demand holidays like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, we recommend placing your order well in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Substitution Policy:

• Flower Availability: While we make every effort to fulfill your order exactly as pictured and described, flowers are a natural product and subject to seasonal and market availability. If a specific flower is unavailable, we will substitute with blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall look and feel of your arrangement.
• Color and Style: If a particular color or style is unavailable, we will match it as closely as possible.

• Recipient Information: Please provide accurate delivery details, including the recipient’s full name, address, and phone number. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delays.

If the recipient does not answer, we will leave the flowers on the porch or arrange a re-delivery at an additional charge.
