Our Story
We’re Kaylea and Spencer Pryor, lifelong residents of Decatur and proud parents of two wonderful kids, Cambree (7) and Cannon (5). Our love for this town inspired us to create 1873 Market, a space where families can come together and enjoy the outdoors. Alongside 1873 Market, we also own Cutting Edge Lawn Care and are co-owners of 3C Services. We're passionate about serving our community and providing a place where everyone can relax, connect, and create lasting memories.

At 1873 Market, we wanted to design a vibrant community hub where you can bring your kids, meet with friends, and savor a variety of experiences. Whether you're grabbing a coffee from By the Grace of Coffee, picking up fresh flowers from our flower shop, treating yourself to a delicious snack at the snow cone and ice cream stand, getting refreshed at Rooted Radiance or grabbing food from Barbanera Pizza and El Sazon de la Abuelita, there’s something here for everyone.
